“ Very unique menu. Wings are awesome, especially if you like a little spice. Great bar selection. Old Fashioned was very good. ”
“ one of the best places in Chesterfield to enjoy flavorful Arabic and Indian cuisine. The food is absolutely delicious every dish is rich in taste and freshly prepared. The ambience is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with family or friends. I also appreciate that they’re open late at night, which is rare to find around here. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. A great spot for anyone craving authentic flavors and a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommended! ”
“ 5 stars for sure! One of the best Indian restaurants in the city!! Everything flavorful and cooked perfect! We had black pepper cauliflower, dal mahkani, chicken vindaloo and garlic naan! And royal crispy bread for dessert. Don't trust the one star reviews, a bunch of friends and families from the nearby competing restaurants. As a white guy that married into an Indian family, I've met a bunch of those haters, luckily not my family but I know how it goes! ”
“ Visited on the way to Chicago and the food is very good. Atmosphere is very nice and pleasant. The menu is very good and had various dishes. Best recommended Indian Fusion place for food. ”
“ Amrut Fusion is hands down one of the best fine-dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! The moment you step in, the ambiance takes over—elegant, cozy, and perfectly lit to set the mood. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel like you’re in for something special. The highlight for me? Their Mandi Biryani. It’s a masterpiece. The rice was fragrant, the spices were perfectly balanced, and the meat was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. It’s not just a dish—it’s an experience, and you can tell they’ve put so much thought into every detail. The drinks were just as amazing—creative, refreshing, and paired beautifully with the food. And let’s not forget the service: friendly, attentive, and never overbearing. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy incredible food, drinks, and a stunning atmosphere, Amrut Fusion is it. I’ll definitely be back! ”
“ This restaurant is amazing! The service was fantastic, and that was a great lead in for what was to come. The cocktails were strong and on point, and this was during Happy Hour! No skimping on the bourbon at all. The Crispy Momos were the perfect appetizer. We followed that up with Tikka Masala and the version with pasta, along with some garlic naan. Such hefty portions, we could barely finish. Our server stopped by the table often and was very excited to chat and offer opinions. We told her we’d be back soon, and that was definitely a promise we’ll keep! ”
“ This place is overall awesome, went here for a birthday celebration. Staff is kind and smiley. Food taste good and not very pricey. Great presentation of the food and to our surprise when we were waiting for our check they celebrated the birthday for us with warm gulab jamun-ice cream. The ambience & decor is very elegant. ”
“ This was lovely. Inventive and interesting take on standard Indian fare. The menus look like they've travelled across millions of miles of land and sea and could be replaced, but I like charm when I see it! Food wise - all good, for the place, for the category. The keema was solid although did feel a bit heated up rather than fresh. We enjoyed it all otherwise. My wife had a slight thing about the egg whites on her cocktail being a bit stinky but they voided that and she got wine instead. For a bit of context - we are from the UK and we moved to STL about a decade ago to run our workflow automation product - Tallyfy. STL is good, but of course comparing it to London would be like comparing apples to oranges. I'm glad the STL scene is innovating, but one big thing missing is a top quality Gujarati thali. I hold out hope that will happen one day here! ”
